Trustworthy AI Synergy (TAIS)

Raising awareness of the importance of Trustworthy AI

Trustworthy AI Synergy (TAIS) is a transversal research program, funded by the Trond Mohn Foundation (TMS), where the primary objective is to raise awareness of the importance of Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence (AI), both academically and publicly.

EduTrust AI

EduTrust AI aims towards deepening our understanding of the use of AI in education, by identifying layers of trust, developing guidelines, materials and tools for supporting trustworthy use of AI, and translate insights about determents of trust into legal requirements in the educational sector.

TRUST-AI4D

The use of AI algorithms in managing diabetic patients and forecasting complications depends upon the AI algorithms trustworthiness and human interpretation. The TRUST-AI4D project will improve available AI algorithms for prediction of treatment response and diabetes complications by making them more fair, explainable and trustworthy – with high generalisability to other applications

Algorithmic foundations of trustworthy AI

The AlgoTrust project addresses the lack of a theoretical understanding of trustworthy AI, and aims towards building a computational framework to understand, develop and design Algorithms for Trustworthy AI- algorithms that are socially responsible/responsive, incorporating human values into AI systems.
